Arch's Mixed Martial Arts programme is focussed on getting students ready to compete on the UK’s amateur MMA circuit.​​

 

We focus on developing striking, wrestling and grappling skills specifically for the sport of MMA. We do this by combining a variety of combat sports, including BJJ, judo, wrestling, Muay Thai and boxing, alongside MMA specific skills such as wall wrestling and ground & pound to promote a holistic approach to competitive combat sports. ​

 

Our curriculum is designed to develop well-rounded skills in all areas of sports fighting, catering to beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

 

Like our BJJ programme, we foster a competitive environment and support athletes in regional and national competitions. However, competition participation is completely optional, and we prioritize individual progress and personal goals, creating a supportive community where everyone can thrive.
