At 10th Planet Bath, our Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu programme is designed to be fun, engaging and inclusive, providing children with a safe environment in which to learn, grow and thrive.

Through structured training and age-appropriate instruction, students develop confidence, coordination and effective self-defence skills while learning how to recognise and respond appropriately to challenging situations. Every class is designed to help children improve both physically and mentally, building positive habits that extend far beyond the mats.

Alongside technical Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training, we place a strong emphasis on the values that help young people succeed in all areas of life. Students learn self-discipline, respect, teamwork, resilience and perseverance, while developing the confidence to overcome challenges and achieve personal goals.

As part of the worldwide 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu network, students have opportunities to test their skills through well-organised and carefully regulated competitions. Participation is always encouraged at the individual's pace, allowing children to build confidence and experience healthy competition in a supportive environment.

Most importantly, parents can have complete confidence in the safety of our programme. All techniques are taught in a controlled and progressive manner, with safety at the forefront of every session. Our methods are continually refined and tested for effectiveness, proportionality and, above all, the wellbeing of our students.
