Martial Arts are a great way to get fit and feel better about yourself whilst learning a new skill. They also teach you invaluable self defence skills. Keynsham Tae Kwon-Do have been running martial arts classes for adults for a number of years, helping countless people get:

Statistically only 9% of people achieve successful weight loss through dieting. You need to get active and burn more calories in order to slim successfully. With 168 hours in a week, we can all schedule 1-2 short work outs per week. Excercising releases endorphins which make us feel good, and give us energy to do more. Martial Arts is great for building your fitness and you can work at your own pace. Safety is always observed, and no one will strike or throw you to the ground.
